The Artybobs Franchisee

As an Artybobs franchisee you will be in daily contact with young children.  It is therefore vital that you are confident, articulate and a good communicator.  You must enjoy working with this age group and relate well to children.  It is not a requirement that you are already a qualified art teacher.   You may choose to run Artybobs Tots Club and not the Artybobs After School Club and vice versa or you may choose to run both types of sessions.

Our Artybobs franchisees are carefully selected for their all round qualities which make them suitable for running a business aimed at educating and providing well organised art, craft and messy play sessions.  Although you may not have any formal art or teaching training, you must have a genuine interest in art and crafts and of course children.  You must have strong organisational and interpersonal skills as well as drive and enthusiasm. 

In running your own business you will need to be decisive, self motivated and committed.  As your business grows you will also need to be able to motivate and lead others.
